2.1 The Service

Ortho Mentor App provides AI-generated educational orthodontic mentorship guidance based on clinical case data you submit. It is intended for use by dental/orthodontic professionals and students for educational purposes.

2.2 Eligibility

You must be a professional or student in a relevant dental/orthodontic field to use this service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the clinical data you submit.

2.3 Case Credits & Plans

• Cases may be obtained via free grants issued at our discretion, or by purchasing a plan (1, 5, or 10 cases).
• Purchased cases do not expire.
• Free cases granted by an administrator are used before any purchased cases.

2.4 Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree. Prices are listed in USD for international/card payments and INR for UPI payments. Current pricing for all plans is available on our pricing page.

2.5 Acceptable Use

• You will not submit identifiable patient information beyond what is clinically necessary for the guidance requested.
• You will not attempt to circumvent usage limits, impersonate another user, or misuse the service.
• You understand and agree that generated guidance is educational in nature and requires independent clinical verification before any use in real patient care.

2.6 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant the completeness or clinical accuracy of AI-generated guidance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the case(s) in question.

2.7 Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
